According to a report by Spanish publication AS, Real Madrid outcast James Rodriguez appears to have no future at Real Madrid.
The Colombian attacker’s agent, Jorge Mendes, is in talks with Manchester United among other club over a move in the summer transfer window, with the player valued at €40 million.
James Rodriguez seems to have hit a roadblock since returning to Real Madrid after a two-year loan spell with Bayern Munich.
The 28-year-old, once touted to be one of the most promising young playmakers in the world, has been out of favour with Zinedine Zidane, which has affected his game time.
As a result, he has managed just 13 appearances in all competitions so far this season, with a tally of 1 goal and 2 assists hardly doing him any favours.
A summer move away from Real Madrid, therefore, looks likely, with Manchester United reportedly reigniting their interest in him.
